Working with pre-fab house pieces

This carpentry project started by framing in foundation for the walk out basement level. Once complete the home is ready for its new location. This modular ranch home was elevated and set on the foundation. A small amount of roofing needed to be completed to make the unit weather tight. Finishing off installing the siding on the gable ends. This home just needed a wow factor and the large wrap around deck was the way to do it.
